This week on the cast, I had a fantastic conversation with game designer Bill Gardner regarding the development of Perception, playtesting and a lot more.
We started off talking about Bill’s background in the industry and his time at Irrational Games. At long last, I finally got to air my thoughts on Bioshock’s polarizing control scheme design.
After that, we talked about more game design topics; including the importance of feedback. After that, we talked more about the development of Perception and how Bill set out with the goal of creating a different kind of horror experience.
