For this week’s podcast, I had a chance to sit down with Damjan Mravunac who is the CMO of Croteam, to talk about the studio’s legacy, Serious Sam and the Talos Principle.
Fair warning, this cast had a lot of sound issues due to the connection of communicating from the US to Croatia. We started off reiterating my first question from the written interview: Talking about the history of Croteam. We focused more on Serious Sam and we talked about Croteam’s love of exploring different architectures and settings around the world.
From there we went to our final topic as Damjan had to get going which was on the Talos Principle. We talked more about the design of it, playtesting the puzzles and more of the inspirations behind the game.
