This week, Ken and I recorded late due to a guest dropping out at the last minute. Since I didn’t want to wake up my family, I talked low but close to the mic and strange enough, this is the first time that my recorded voice almost matched my actual tone.
With the late night recording there was a weird sound, possibly cars driving by a few times. For the cast, we discussed sales, our buying habits, Valve’s infrastructure and more.
The big topic for the cast was a discussion on ethics in relation to free-to-play design. As Ken and I examined some of the popular games of the genre and if we should hold designers accountable for games purposely designed to continue taking money.
